We own and manage 24+ units across 11 properties in Westchester, Worcester, Fairfield, Horry and Pinellascounties, and what's vacant shifts week to week. Rather than post stale listings, we answer inquiries directly with what is genuinely available.
Availability changes weekly, so we answer inquiries directly rather than maintaining listings that would be out of date before you read them.
Furnished and unfurnished units both come up. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly what is open.
No application fee to inquire, and no credit pull until there is an actual unit we both agree on.
Our Clearwater, Florida units are the exception — those are published in full, with photos and rates, because people book them from out of state before they have ever seen the building. See the Clearwater units.
