The first floor of a two-unit building, with a single tenant in the flat above. Two queen bedrooms — the second works as an office — a shaded porch, and a dishwasher. It faces a private road, so there is almost no passing traffic.

Almost nobody wants to spend two or three months in a hotel, and most people work that out somewhere around the second week. A furnished rental costs less over that span and asks far less of you while you are in it.
A separate bedroom and living space rather than one room with a bed in it. Over two months that is the difference between staying somewhere and living somewhere.
No corridor traffic, no housekeeping carts at eight in the morning, no lobby. On the days you need to sleep in the middle of the afternoon, you can.

By the week or by the month, for as long as your treatment runs. Most stays here are somewhere between a few weeks and a few months, which is exactly what these units are set up for — there is no twelve-month lease to sign.
That happens more often than not, and it is not a problem. Tell us as early as you can and we will extend you in the same unit if it is open, or move you to another one if it is not. Nobody gets put out mid-treatment over a date on a form.
A suitcase. The units are furnished — beds, linens, kitchenware, and furniture are already there. People usually bring their own pillow and whatever makes a place feel like theirs.
No. We are an independent landlord and rent is paid directly to us, separately from anything to do with your treatment. Your clinic is not involved in your housing arrangement and we do not share your information with them.
There is parking at the units. Clearwater is a driving town, and while the clinics are only a few minutes away, most people are glad to have a car or a ride arranged. We do not provide transportation.
Yes — a lot of people arrive with one. Tell us how many of you there will be when you send your dates so we put you somewhere with the room for it.
Ask. It depends on the unit and the animal, and George would rather give you a straight answer about the specific place than a blanket policy that turns out to be wrong either way.
