Transitional Housing

A quiet place to land after a program

We keep a portion of our units set aside for people leaving treatment or structured programs. Furnished, ready to live in, and no twelve-month commitment required up front.

What makes these units different

These are not emergency beds and they are not a program. They are ordinary rental units that happen to be furnished, flexible, and managed by the person who owns them — which is usually what people need most on the way out of a structured setting.

Furnished units

Beds, linens, kitchenware, and basic furniture already in place. Arrive with a bag, not a moving truck.

Fast move-in

When a unit is open, we can often turn a completed inquiry into keys in hand within a few days.

Month-to-month available

No requirement to sign a twelve-month lease up front. We can start month-to-month while you get settled.

Direct contact with the owner

You are not routed through a call center. You talk to the person who owns the building.

Ready to ask about a furnished unit?

Send a short note about your timing and preferred location. We respond personally, nothing you share is posted publicly, and there is no application fee to ask.

How It Works

From first message to keys in hand

Four steps, no hidden stages. If anything stalls, you can call and ask the owner directly where things stand.

  1. 01

    Send an inquiry

Tell us your timing and preferred area. A case manager can send it on your behalf. No application fee to ask.

  2. 02

    Quick call with George

A short, direct conversation about what you need. You are talking to the owner, not a call center.

  3. 03

    Confirm unit and paperwork

We walk you through the unit, the terms, and the deposit in plain language before anything is signed.

  4. 04

    Keys in hand

Furnished units can often be ready in days rather than weeks. You get George’s direct number on move-in day.
